Password policies force users to adhere to a set of rules when creating a new password to access the system.

Please follow the instructions below to set up a password policy.
Step 1. Select Site Administration, found under the Administration drop down in the Learnbook Menu panel.
Step 2. Scroll down until you find the Security heading. Then select Site security settings.
Step 3. Scroll down until you find Password Policy. By default this will be enabled and require the following characteristics to be a valid password (You can disable this feature and allow users to use any password, regardless of length or amend what features will be required for a new password will be accepted)

Step 4. Once you have made the changes that you’d like to make, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save changes.
You've now setup a password policy that all users will need to adhere to when they attempt to change their login password.
