Learnbook has an inbuilt reporting function that allows you to run reports on the LMS based on the conditions that you set.
Step 1. Login in as an administrator and select Administration
Step 2. Select Learnbook Reports
The reports page looks like this:
Step 3. Set Conditions
In the top right hand corner of the reports page, use the Filter section to set the User/Cohort, Course, Activity, Date Range, Status and any extra rules you would like.

Step 4. Click Run Report

Creating a Scheduled Report
Some administrators like to have reports set up to be emailed to them on a specific date.
Step 1. Follow Steps 1 -3
Step 2. Navigate to saved reports on the right hand side of the screen
Step 2. Fill out the Report Name, Email and Schedule fields then
Step 3. Click the Email Button to save the report
The report will then appear in the list to be emailed on the set schedule
