Please note, these instructions are for clients with Multi-tenancy platforms only.
Step 1. Login to the Tenant Manager System using your Administrator Credentials.
The administrator credentials were supplied to you at the time eCreators deployed your LMS.
Step 2. Select the Instances option, located in the side menu
Step 3. Select Create Instance
Step 4. Complete the required fields, necessary for the new tenancy to be deployed.

System Name |
The name that you’d like for this tenancy to be called. This is usually the organisation or school name. e.g. eCreators Academy School. |
Landing URL |
The URL that you’d like for this tenancy to have. Please note, the domain doesn’t not need to be added into this text field. The system will include this when the tenancy is being generated. E.g. if you wanted your final URL to be academyschool.lmscc.com.au, you would type academyschool into the text field. |

This is the security certificate for the tenant site. Please leave this ticked. |
System Admin Account |

First Name |
Enter the first name of the user that will be the site administrator within the tenancy. |
Last Name |
Enter the last name of the user that will be the site administrator within the tenancy. |
Username |
Enter the username that you’d like the tenancy site administrator to have. By default, this is pre-populated as admin. This is required by the user when logging into the platform. |
Password |
Elect a password for the user. This is required by the user when logging into the platform. |
Password Confirmation |
Confirm the password that has been allocated to this user. The password in this field must match that entered into the password field. |

Enter the email address of the site administrator.

Time Zone |
From the dropdown, select the time zone that the tenant owner is based. E.g. if eCreators Academy School is located in Melbourne, you would choose Australia/Melbourne from the dropdown list. |
Step 5. Select Save.
Deployment will now begin and the tenancy will be created
Once the site has been deployed, all the required checkboxes will be ticked
Step 6. Select Continue
The new tenancy will now included in the list of existing tenancies. They are organised in alphabetical order.
