Logging in as another user is an administrator only function that will allow you to view the LMS from the user’s point of view. The LMS will also consider your actions as though you are that user.
Please note: If you complete an activity or course when logged in as a user, it will be recorded as though the user completed it. Also you will not be able to log in as another administrator.
Step 1. Login as an administrator and select Administration.
Step 2. Select Site Administration
Step 3. Select Users
Step 4. Select browse list of users.
Step 5. Search for the user you want to log in as. In this example we will be logging in as “Abigail Palmer” Click on their name.
Step 6. Select Log in as.
Step 7. Select continue
You should now be on the home screen. At the top right of the screen, where you normally see yourself logged in. You should now see the user's name.
