Step 1. Select Site Administration
Step 2. Select the Plugins tab
Step 3. Scroll down to locate Blocks and select My Courses (Home)
Step 4. My Course (Home) configuration
|Select default tab||
Seven options are available to select from as the default display on the users home page
|Enable popular courses tab||
To display Popular courses enable this field. If this field is not enabled but Popular Course was selected from the drop down menu, a blank page will appear. Popular courses must be tagged for those courses to appear.
|Enable enrolled courses tab||
Students that are enrolled in courses will be displayed if enabled.
|Enable all courses tab||
Students will be able to view all courses in the catalogue if enabled.
|Enable completed courses tab||
Students will be able to view all completed courses if enabled.
|Enable all categories tab||
Students will be able to view and enter categories and the courses within.
|Enable enrolled programs tab||
Students will be able to view the Programs that have been enrolled in if enabled.
|Enable all programs tab||
Students will be able to Programs that are available for enrolment if enabled.
|Default Maximum Courses||
The administrators is able to configure the maximum number of courses which ought to be displayed on my courses block' Entering the value of 0 will show all courses
|Default Course Image||
The default course image will display the image the administrator selects but is replaced if an image is selected at the course level
|Select featured course Tag||
For popular courses to appear, they must be tagged when courses are being created (e.g. Popular).
|Move completed courses from enrolled courses||
Once a student has completed an enrolled course, it will move from the enrolled courses tab to the completed courses tab.
|Enable category restriction||
If enabled, categories can be restricted from view if a restriction has been put in place.
Step 5. Select Save Changes
