Adding a delegate manager for an organisational means that this user will receive the manager notifications and be able to access organisational unit reports for that organisational unit during the period of time that they have been assigned to act as a delegate manager.
Your organisational units will need to be setup in Learnbook first before you can add delegate managers.
Step 1. From the Menu, select Organisational Units.
Step 2. Select the organisational unit that you'd like to set a delegate manager for.
Step 3. Select the edit COG on the Organisational Unit tile.
Step 4. In the delegate managers section, choose from the list of possible users to be the delegate manager. Select the radio button on the left of the user name to select that user.
Step 5. Once the user has been selected as the delegate manager, you will now need to configure the timeframe for which they'll be serving as delegate manager.
Use the date and time pickers to assign the dates, the first is the start date and the second is the end date.
Step 6. Select Save Changes
The delegate manager has now been selected.
