Problem
How is it possible to provide Managers access to Learnbook reports but without having Managers access any of the Administration functions. ?
Solution
Step 1. Select Menu Management
Step 2. Add the following information into these fields

Step 3. Select the Add menu item button then the Submit button at the bottom of the page
Step 4. Move the new Menu item into its position using the cross hairs next to the menu item name and then select the Submit button
Step 5. Select Define Roles from the User tab
Step 6. Select the Edit button next to the Managers role
Step 7. In the Filter field type in the word Learnbook and set the setting for both to Allow. Save the changes using the Save changes button.

Step 8. Select Assign system roles from the User tab to assign (if not already) users into the role of Manager.
Step 9. Add the users into the role of Manager.
Step 10. Logging in with the Managers role, the Learnbook report will be available to the manager
